The anatomy of a single update
Every forecast follows the same four-part discipline, so you always know what you are looking at.
- 1Key levels. Support and resistance marked on the chart with exact prices, like 3,330 and 3,395 on gold today.
- 2Bull and bear, both argued. Each side of the trade weighed at exact prices, closed with a clear verdict: bullish while 3,330 holds, first target 3,378.
- 3Every horizon. The same top-down read for today, tomorrow, this week and the year ahead, each with its own expected range.
- 4A visible time stamp. Morning, midday and after the close, so you always know how fresh the read is.

Four decades of chart experience. No black box.
Karsten started trading in 1986 and has run Kagels Trading as a German market authority since 2015. Every forecast shows its working, so you can follow the reasoning, not just the arrow.
- Classical chart technique. Support, resistance, trend structure and price targets, marked directly on the chart.
- A bull case and a bear case. Both sides argued to explicit price targets, then a plain verdict on which one the chart currently favours.
- A public record. Forecasts have been published on kagels-trading.de since 2015, in the open, where anyone can check them.

Gold holds the 3,330 pivot, bulls keep the upper hand
The morning dip into 3,341 was bought within an hour. As long as the pivot holds on a closing basis, the path toward 3,378 stays open.
S&P 500 FORECASTS&P 500: the levels that decide this week
Resistance at 6,340 has turned the index back three times. The bull case needs a close above it; the bear case starts the moment 6,255 gives way.
