Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged to take part, nor willing to take part, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

German imprints used to carry a link to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. That platform was discontinued in July 2025, so there is no longer a link to give.
