The terms that apply when you use kagels-trading.com, including the important limits on what the forecasts are.
Scope
These terms govern your use of kagels-trading.com, operated by Kagels Trading GmbH, Friedrichstraße 171, D-10117 Berlin, Germany. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Everything published here is free to read. We do not sell anything on this site, take payment or run a members' area, so nothing in these terms creates a purchase, a subscription or any other paid contract between us.
We develop the site continuously and may add to it, change it or withdraw parts of it. We may also revise these terms with effect for the future. The version in force is always the one published on this page, and the date above shows when it was last revised, so it is worth checking back. If you continue using the site after a change, you accept the revised version.
The forecasts are not investment advice
This is the most important section on this page. The market forecasts, analyses and educational content published on this site are general information and journalistic commentary. They are not personal investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, and not a solicitation of any kind.
Nothing published here takes account of your financial situation, your experience or your objectives, because we do not know them. Any decision you take on the basis of this content is your own.
Reading the site, subscribing to the newsletter or acting on a forecast does not create an advisory relationship between us, and it does not oblige us to give you information. Nothing here is legal or tax advice and none of it can replace such advice. A forecast may also not contain everything you would need to know before making a decision. Risk warning

Use of the site
The text, charts, graphics and layout of this site are protected by German copyright law, and the Kagels Trading name and logo belong to us. You may read our content, print it and store a copy for your own private, non-commercial use.
Any other use needs our written consent. That includes republishing, redistributing, reselling or systematically copying the content, whether in whole or in part, and using it as training material for machine learning models.
Chart images are produced using TradingView and are credited where they appear.
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to access areas you have not been granted access to.
Affiliate links and advertising
The content on this site is free to read, and part of what pays for it comes from affiliate arrangements. Some of our links to brokers, to TradingView and to other providers are affiliate links. If you follow one and open an account or take out a subscription, we may receive a commission or a referral fee from that provider.
Three things follow from that, and we hold ourselves to all three.
- It costs you nothing. You pay the same price you would pay by going to the provider directly.
- It does not change what a forecast says. Which markets we cover, and what we conclude about them, are editorial decisions taken independently of any commercial arrangement.
- A link is not a recommendation of the provider. Check that any broker you use is properly regulated in your own country, and read their terms yourself.
Where a page carries paid advertising or sponsored content, it is labelled as such on the page.
Limitation of liability
We take care that the content on this site is accurate and current, and we work from sources we consider trustworthy. Even so, we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment. Market information dates quickly, and a forecast reflects the picture at the time it was written.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for direct and indirect losses arising from the use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it, including trading decisions taken on the basis of a forecast.
That exclusion does not apply where German law does not allow it. We remain liable without limit for injury to life, body or health, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). Where we breach an obligation that is essential to the purpose of these terms through ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to the loss that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of use.
We are not liable for things outside our control. That includes force majeure, industrial action, war and natural events, orders of public authorities in Germany or elsewhere, failures of telecommunications, hosting or power networks, and technical faults, computer viruses or deliberate attacks on our systems, provided we have taken reasonable protective measures.
This site links to external websites. We have no influence over what they contain, the operator of each site is solely responsible for its content, and we exclude liability for it as far as the law allows. The same applies to prices, quotes, market data and other information supplied to us by third parties.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and your use of this site, are governed by German law. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. In place of the invalid provision, the parties will apply the arrangement that comes as close as possible to what the invalid one was meant to achieve.
